As a Sales Assistant at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will use your dedication and energy to support our new home sales success. Join our team and be an integral partner within the Division's sales team. Your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product, your energy will help support our Sales Consultant Team from model supplies to competitive shopping and sales administration functions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with visitors and prospective homebuyers to understand their needs and provide an exceptional customer experience

• Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and appointment-setting activities to support community sales goals

• Support sales team with model home presentations, community tours, and showcasing home and community features

• Develop knowledge of local markets, competitors, industry trends, and homebuying practices

• Participate in sales meetings, marketing initiatives, and community events

• Ensure model homes are maintained to company presentation standards

• Serve as a backup resource for the sales team and provide support to homebuyers and prospects as needed

• Complete required training and continually expand product, market, and sales knowledge

• Perform sales office administrative duties, including appointment coordination, reporting, recordkeeping, and sales support functions

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience preferred

• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills

• Available to work 5 days each week, including 3 weekends each month

• Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus
