Home Health Aide | STNA | Personal Care Asst

Wise Medical Staffing

Full‑time/Part‑time contract in Lima, OH (serving surrounding areas). Shifts on weekends during daytime hours (9 am‑3 pm). Pay rate $18.00 per hour, W2 employee. Start date ASAP.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PCA experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to travel within the Lima, OH area
Ability to pass background screening and drug screening
Hands‑on CPR

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
Assist with meal preparation and basic nutrition
Monitor client condition and report changes to the care team

This role provides one‑on‑one care to clients in their homes, supporting their safety, comfort, and independence.
