Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care including Pre-op, Circulating, PACU, and Endoscopy.
• Assist with surgeries in various specialties such as OBGYN, Orthopedics, and General Surgery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and utilize the Epic EMR system.
• Float between units as needed and be flexible in scheduling.
• Assist with patient care from preoperative stage to discharge as needed.
• Participate in required on-call rotations and weekend coverage as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in MT or Compact License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Experience working in a critical access hospital required.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system.
• Strong skills in handling a variety of surgical procedures and equipment.
