Job Description:

Security Clearance:

• High Risk / Critical Sensitive IT-1 with Tier 5 investigation and SECRET clearance required at time of proposal.

Education/ Certification Mandatory:

• No separate degree requirement is identified for this labor category. DoD-approved 8570/8140 baseline certification, IAT II or IAT III, and DLA-approved Computing Environment certification for Server Admin M and Domain Admin Z, Cloud or Microsoft Operating System as applicable, are required.

Work Experience Mandatory:

• Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 projects in technical areas included in the related PWS task areas. At least 1 project must have occurred within the past 3 years. Must have hands-on knowledge and experience in all aspects of Windows Server Administration.

Education/Certifications Nice To Have:

• WITS preferred, based on PWS scope, Microsoft Windows Server / Azure, PowerShell/automation, ServiceNow/ITIL, cloud, cybersecurity, or project-lead credentials beyond the required IAT/CE certifications. These are not identified by the Government as separate preferred qualifications.

Work Experience Nice To Have:

• WITS preferred, based on PWS scope, experience leading enterprise Windows Server teams and installations; Active Directory/GPO; DNS/DHCP; ServiceNow; cloud/hybrid hosting; server build/decommission; patching; STIG/RMF; vulnerability management; PKI; backup/recovery; PowerShell automation; technical briefings; project planning; and coordination with Government users and program leadership.

References/Certificates/Diplomas Required:

• Use Attachment 3, JETS 2.0 Key Personnel Resume Template. Submit current certifications for every proposed Key Personnel individual and a signed Letter of Commitment. Resume must demonstrate required experience, clearance/investigation, IAT II/III, and CE credentials. No diploma copy is expressly required because no separate degree requirement is stated for this labor category.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Direct technical work on EWASS projects and lead on-site Windows Server activities. Perform technical analyses and prepare appropriate documentation, briefings, and presentations. Lead on-site management of installations. Independently install, operate, maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and repair IT systems, devices, circuits, cables, components, software, end-user devices, and connectivity. Assist with development and management of project plans. Review task performance and work products for correctness, adherence to design concepts and user requirements, and progress against schedules. Coordinate with the vendor project manager, task-order personnel, Government representatives, and users to ensure accurate technical solutions and user satisfaction. Provide hands-on Windows Server Administration leadership across enterprise operations, cloud/hybrid environments, security/vulnerability remediation, patching, STIG/RMF, server build/decommission, and related EWASS tasks as assigned.
