Sales Manager Insurance Agency

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Customer Service Reps inside a fast paced insurance agency. This non‑licensed leadership role focuses on managing, coaching, and driving performance for a team of outbound CSRs who contact individuals that have already expressed interest in insurance and are being transferred to the manager to finish the registration. The license will be obtained after training and paid for by the company. Team Responsibilities Assist outbound calls to warm insurance leads Book appointments for licensed agents Follow structured scripts and call processes Maintain high activity and contact standards Manager Responsibilities Lead daily performance and accountability for the CSR team Coach call quality, tone, and conversion skills Monitor KPIs (dials, contacts, appointments set, show rates) Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new CSR agents Help build a culture of urgency, consistency, and performance Qualifications At least 1 year of prior sales experience (phone or in‑person preferred) Strong leadership potential or prior informal leadership experience Comfortable in a high‑volume, fast‑paced outbound environment Competitive mindset with a coaching‑first mentality Strong communication skills and ability to drive accountability Experience in call centers or lead generation is a plus, not required Benefits Full‑time, in‑office leadership role and mentorship Opportunity to build and scale a team Direct exposure to high‑level sales systems and leadership development Clear path for long‑term growth as the organization expands Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr US Benefits Services
