Taylorville Skilled Nursing & Rehab is looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team! Your Role as an LPN
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care while supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the Director of Nursing
- Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Collaborating with CNAs and healthcare team members to deliver excellent care
- Promoting resident comfort, independence, and well-being
- Responding calmly and effectively during emergencies
- Supporting a positive and patient-centered environment
Who We're Looking For:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality care and reliable attendance
- Passion for working in long-term care and supporting residents
