AI Resource Manager Position

We are founder led, Series A, with a team of over 60 and growing. We are headquarted in New York City with additional hybrid offices in San Francisco, Toronto and Vancouver.

The Role

Location: SF Hybrid (in-office schedule TBD)

Compensation: $200-300k

Reports to: CTO, Zan Doan

You'll Have

• Over 5 years of experience in engineering- Full Stack, Back or Front End
• Experience working with a variety of AI systems
• Strong engineering fundamentals with curiosity, business awareness, and the ability to iterate quickly

What You'll Do

• Be a hands-on builder, an engineer who understands and works first from AI
• Use AI as a core development partner; leveraging AI agents and tools to accelerate delivery, raise quality, and iterate faster
• You won't work in isolation; you'll be a key contributor on a small, high-impact AI team, partnering with business stakeholders and AI leaders across the organization
• Contribute across the stack as needed: data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and application logic
• Work inside AI-driven development workflows (generate, review, refine) to produce high-quality deliverables
• Review and validate AI-generated code, queries, and designs for accuracy and scalability
