JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analysis Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team. This entry-level role is focused on developing advanced data analytics solutions that drive business value across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills, working at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deliver advanced data analytics solutions to support business objectives Design and build Business Intelligence solutions using tools such as Power BI Develop Agentic and Generative AI solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and Amazon Quick Collaborate closely with business users to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure delivered solutions align with stakeholder expectations Translate complex business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing analytics platforms Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Systems (preferred) 0–2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, software development, or a related field Software development proficiency (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar languages) Experience or familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms, particularly Power BI Exposure to or comfort with AWS services, including AWS Bedrock and AgentCore Familiarity with Amazon Quick Suite or similar AI-powered analytics platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Jabil, including its subsidiaries, is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
