Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Background in pediatric care, with experience in school-based or healthcare settings
• Strong assessment, planning, and treatment skills for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-age children
• Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct regular progress reporting and maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver both individual and group therapy using evidence-based strategies
• Provide support and training to staff and caregivers as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
