Occupational Therapist School

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join School District in the Medford, Oregon area. This is a full-time school-based opportunity supporting students across the district and helping them develop the skills needed to succeed academically and functionally. Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students based on their individual needs and IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other members of the educational team.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered educational planning.
• Provide consultation and support to school staff as needed.

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students.
