The Opportunity

Oxwell Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced BCBA Clinical Director to join the organization at an important stage of its development and work closely with the Founder to build and lead the clinical program .

This is not a traditional BCBA position within an established corporate structure. The Clinical Director will have a meaningful voice in shaping the clinical model, developing the team, establishing standards of care, and helping determine how Oxwell grows.

The ideal candidate is an experienced BCBA who wants to take on genuine leadership responsibility and is excited by the opportunity to work directly with a Founder to build something from the ground up.

Role & Responsibilities

The BCBA Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership across Oxwell's ABA services while partnering closely with the Founder on the organization's broader clinical vision.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for Oxwell's ABA program.
• Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality, individualized behavior-analytic treatment programs.
• Supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members as the organization grows.
• Oversee assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, data collection, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation.
• Ensure services are evidence-based, ethical, individualized, and clinically appropriate.
• Establish clinical standards, protocols, and quality-assurance systems.
• Review client progress and treatment outcomes and make appropriate clinical recommendations.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, supervision, and professional development to the clinical team.
• Participate in hiring and development of the clinical staff.
• Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers and ensure families remain active partners in treatment.
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in a client's care when appropriate.
• Help develop systems for intake, assessment, treatment planning, supervision, documentation, and discharge.
• Support payer, credentialing, compliance, and clinical-quality requirements.
• Contribute to the development of new clinical programs and services as Oxwell expands.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Appropriate California licensure/credentialing.
• Demonstrated experience providing ABA services.
• Experience supervising clinical staff.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and evidence-based intervention.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience building or expanding an ABA program.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with payer requirements, clinical documentation, and quality assurance.
• Interest in clinical innovation, research, and outcomes measurement.
