We're looking for licensed real estate agents who want to learn how to grow into the luxury market and work with premium properties and higher-end clientele. You don't need an established luxury business to apply. If you have real estate sales experience and are ready to elevate your production, we'll help you develop the skills, positioning, and confidence to make that move.

You'll learn how to work with luxury buyers and sellers, position and market premium properties, conduct high-level consultations and showings, and navigate larger transactions with the professionalism these clients expect.

You'll also have access to training, mentorship, marketing resources, and proven systems designed to help you build your presence in the luxury market without having to figure out the transition alone.

We're looking for agents who communicate well, present themselves professionally, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated to grow beyond traditional residential production.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $200,000+

This is a commission-based real estate opportunity with income based on individual production and performance.

In-office presence is not required. Remote agents are welcome to apply.

• Represent buyers and sellers in high-value residential transactions, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to closing.
• Deliver compelling listing presentations and develop strategic market positioning for luxury properties.
• Coordinate professional photography, staging, and marketing efforts to showcase each listing's unique features.
• Conduct private showings with discretion, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process.
• Advise clients on current market conditions, optimal timing, and effective pricing strategies to maximize their investment.
• Negotiate contracts with precision, managing all aspects of the transaction to ensure a successful closing.
• Cultivate and expand your referral network, leveraging your sphere of influence to generate new business opportunities.

• Active real estate license in good standing, ensuring you're ready to hit the ground running.

• Proven track record of closed residential transactions, demonstrating your ability to deliver results.

• Experience in high-value property transactions, or a clear plan to transition into this market.

• Polished presentation skills, allowing you to confidently showcase luxury properties.

• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, maintaining strong relationships.

• Discretion and sound judgment in handling private client information, building trust and confidence.

• Capability to manage your own career independently, without daily supervision, ensuring success in a flexible work environment.
