SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Our client is looking for an SAP FICO Functional Consultant for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Location: Austin, TX / Sunnyvale, CA - Hybrid

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong experience in SAP Finance and Controlling.
• 8 12 years of SAP consulting experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), New GL, and Controlling.
• Strong experience with FI-SD and FI-MM integration, including end-to-end financial and operational processes.
• Hands-on experience with CO-PA, Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Experience configuring Automatic Payment Program (APP), Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), Lockbox, and banking integrations.
• Knowledge of foreign currency valuation/translation, tax processes, financial reporting, Local GAAP, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design/specifications, business process documentation, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
