A Mobile Massage Therapist provides professional massage services directly to individual clients in their homes or other mobile and varied locations. This role requires adaptability, excellent client communication, and a strong commitment to maintaining sanitary and professional standards while delivering relaxing and therapeutic massage treatments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes, hotels, and various locations to provide massage therapy services
• Assess client needs and tailor massage techniques accordingly
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas
• Manage appointment scheduling and punctual arrival at client sites
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain professional and confidential relationships with clients
• Stay updated on best practices, techniques, and industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in massage therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited massage therapy program
• State massage therapy license
• Proficiency in Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage techniques
• Strong knowledge of anatomy
• Excellent client communication skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Adherence to sanitation procedures
