Your Role & Impact As an RN at Three Rivers Health , you will be at the heart of patient care , making a real difference in people’s lives. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in alignment with provider instructions. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-care instructions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control measures . Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families. What We’re Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan 1+ years of nursing experience (preferred, but new grads welcome!)
