Customer Success Analyst 1 (Junior - Collections and Retention) (Fully Remote)

The Relationships and Sales team supports partner real estate agencies, driving success, retention, and financial health. The team works on the front line to solve strategic pain points, prevent churn, and maximize return on advertising investments. Your Responsibilities: Act on first-level cancellation requests, applying consultative retention strategies and identifying real dissatisfaction drivers. Perform proactive collections and negotiate financial debts with delinquent clients to prevent churn. Analyze partner ad performance metrics and provide strategic diagnoses to improve results. What We Are Looking For: Strong previous experience in B2B client retention and churn prevention. Proven experience in friendly collections, debt renegotiation, and delinquency management.
