Job Description

The East GA Hospital is seeking a board certified or board eligible  OB/GYN to join a successful FQHC in Augusta, Georgia.

This opportunity presents a unique and successful FQHC offering a secure workforce and growth opportunity.  We offer our patients a wide range of specialty services and have 19 locations uniquely located to serve Augusta and the surrounding areas.

This position will be in our Augusta location and will join 1 NP GYN, 1 Certified Nurse Midwife/NP, and support staff.  We have additional OB GYN resources at our other sites in the CSRA.

• This multi-specialty practice consists of over 50 providers, 34 physicians, 10 PAs and 12 NP
• Five-day work week 8:00am – 5:00PM with extended hours on Mondays until 7:00PM at our Golden Camp Road location.  No weekend hours.
• Currently seeing 12 plus patients per day and up to 10 new patients per week
• Patient population age demographic is age 16 to 70
• Rotating call with providers in OB/GYN group
• Supervision of up to 4 mid-level providers
• EMR system is ECW

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be Board eligible or Board certified OBGYN
• Must have a Georgia license or the ability to get a Georgia license prior to starting
