Data Entry Clerk

Review inbound customer faxed forms and identify required data fields for extraction.
Accurately transcribe identified data (e.g., names, fields, form values) into Google Sheets.
Create and maintain labeled data sets used for: Model training validation
Model performance evaluation
Proofs of Concept (POCs) and implementation projects
Validate a subset of live fax traffic by comparing fax content to extracted data for accuracy, as directed by:
Director of Onboarding & Implementation
Implementation Engineer
Organize and manage Google Sheets and related files within Google Drive according to guidance from Product or Services teams. Perform ongoing data labeling for:
Mocked-up forms
Cataloged form libraries
Expedite the data prompting process to support Implementation Engineers and accelerate project timelines.
Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical / Functional Skills
Strong data entry skills with demonstrated accuracy.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Google Drive).
Ability to follow detailed instructions and field-mapping requirements.

Prior experience with data labeling, data validation, or quality assurance.
Exposure to structured or semi-structured data (e.g., forms, PDFs, faxed documents).
Basic analytical skills for light data aggregation or trend identification.
Experience supporting technical or engineering teams (e.g., implementation, product, or services teams).
