Lawn Maintenance Lead

Wolf Creek Landscape Services LLC is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Lead to help deliver dependable, high-quality work across West Michigan. We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, keeps a positive attitude, and takes pride in doing things right.

Our ideal fit for the Lawn Maintenance Lead position is someone who enjoys working outdoors, can lead by example, and understands that details matter in lawn and landscape maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mowing and routine lawn maintenance services
• Help maintain properties to the company's quality standards
• Support seasonal landscape upkeep and related outdoor services
• Communicate with the crew and help keep jobs moving efficiently
• Lead or assist others in the field, depending on experience
• Represent the company well on customer properties

Qualifications

• Lawn maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable record
• Chauffeur's license, or willingness/ability to obtain one
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attitude and team-first mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying productive
• Ability to work professionally, stay dependable, and follow through on assigned tasks
• Strong professionalism, dependability, and follow-through
• Pesticide certifications are a plus, especially (3A, 3B, 6 Right-of-Way)
• Candidates with pesticide certifications may qualify for stronger compensation based on experience and value.

Pay & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, with seasonal overtime as needed
• Pay: $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and ability to lead in the field
• Additional bonus opportunities may be available based on company and individual performance
