Job Description

• Manage all field operations from groundbreaking through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities.
• Maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Conduct safety meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure quality control standards are upheld.
• Work closely with Project Managers and ownership teams.
• Prepare daily reports and project updates.

The Successful Applicant

• 7+ years of superintendent experience.
• Multifamily construction experience required.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $20M.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling software.
