Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30‑minute drive – 12 min on average Complete documentation in 3‑5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start‑of‑Care paperwork) Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments Flexible scheduling – you choose when and how often you treat Per‑visit pay with the ability to increase earnings by adding visits Luna's Safety Shield for a convenient and safe experience for our PTs Luna Exercises to deliver an integrated care experience by prescribing and monitoring workouts via the Luna app Instantly receive payments that are direct deposited and visible in‑app Qualifications Active, state‑specific PT license Reliable personal transportation Liability insurance Current CPR/BLS certification Job Types Part‑time, Full‑time, Contract, Per diem, PRN Benefits Flexible Scheduling, Referral Program, Bonuses Medical Specialties Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, Sports Medicine Schedule & Work Location Choose your own hours On the road #J-18808-Ljbffr Lunaphysicaltherapy
