Compensation Competitive salary: $95,000 – $118,000 annually (based on experience) Performance-based bonus program Continuing education stipend Leadership and career advancement opportunities Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation using active and passive treatment techniques. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. Identify patients requiring care beyond the scope of physical therapy and facilitate referrals within our multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing AI-assisted technology. Serve as a clinical leader within the practice and actively participate in community outreach initiatives. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
