Job Description

We are a highly regarded urology group in Louisiana, currently expanding our team and looking for a collaborative Urologist. Our practice is recognized for its supportive administration, efficient operations, and minimal bureaucratic obstacles. With a commanding 70% market share, we provide immediate patient volume, robust infrastructure, and outstanding earning potential.

The Opportunity:

Become part of a well-established, high-volume urology practice with strong support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Engage in general urology while having the opportunity to develop subspecialty programs.
Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek that includes a mix of outpatient clinic responsibilities and dedicated operating room time.
Utilize 12 Da Vinci robotic systems for advanced surgical procedures.
Benefit from an uncapped compensation structure featuring a guaranteed base salary of $600K, along with RVU production and call pay, leading to a realistic earning potential exceeding $1M.
Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
