Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Round Rock, TX | Onsite + Local Job Sites $90,000–$110,000 DOE About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Installation Manager to oversee multiple commercial flooring projects throughout the Austin area. If you have a strong background in commercial flooring, solid leadership skills, and thrive in a boots-on-the-ground environment, this could be the next step in your career. This role manages 2–5 job sites a day (5 on the high end), provides oversight and coordination for installers, ensures timely project execution, and delivers top-quality results in sectors such as education, healthcare, athletics, and corporate environments. You’ll also be equipped with a company vehicle and work closely with a down-to-earth, experienced team that values flexibility, accountability, and professionalism, without the corporate stiffness. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations on commercial flooring job sites (typically 1–3 month project cycles) Coordinate, direct, and support installers across multiple active projects Monitor project timelines, site conditions, materials, and installer performance Conduct minor hands-on work when needed, but focus on supervision and quality control Communicate progress and updates to internal teams via Excel and Monday.com Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all applicable regulations Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction across projects Who We’re Looking For: 5–10+ years of commercial flooring experience Previous management or crew lead experience Strong working knowledge of job site operations and installation timelines Confident communicator who can manage multiple sites and teams Comfortable with project management tools like Monday.com and Excel No residential flooring experience, please What You’ll Get: Competitive base salary ($90K–$110K depending on experience) Company vehicle for site visits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (PPO and HMO options) If you're a seasoned commercial flooring professional ready to take ownership of multiple high-visibility projects while working with a crew that knows their stuff, let’s talk.
