This is an on-site position in Cumming, GA . Applicants should live within 10 miles of the store. We are unable to consider applicants outside this area.
The pay range is $11 to $14 per hour .
About the Role
We're a busy neighborhood shipping, printing, and mailbox store looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team. You'll be the face of the store, helping customers get what they need quickly and with a smile.
What You'll Do
Help customers in person and on the phone
Process shipping, printing, mailbox, and other store services
Use computers, phones, and store equipment
Keep the store clean and organized
Learn our products and services
What We're Looking For
Friendly, professional attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computers, with good typing skills
Reliable and always on time
Able to lift 40+ pounds
Retail or customer service experience is a plus
