The company is committed to connecting global innovation with opportunity and helping creators maximize their commercial potential. Role Description Full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. Oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale Influencer & TikTok LIVE events, including creator-focused recruitment, promotional campaigns, and special programming. Leads event management department, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and third-party external collaborators, and ensures events align with business objectives, brand standards, and platform guidelines. Develop event strategies, manage timelines and budgets, and negotiate with vendors and partners, and monitoring event performance metrics. Collaborate closely with creator management, and marketing team to drive audience growth, revenue, and engagement on TikTok LIVE. For transparency - Compensation range: $150,000-200,000 annually. Qualifications Strong event planning and event management skills, with experience leading complex, large-scale events or programs. Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation, including forecasting, cost control, and ROI analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills for coordinating cross-functional teams, creators, vendors, and platform partners. Sales and partnership development skills to secure sponsorships, collaborations, and promotional opportunities. Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to optimize event outcomes and inform strategic decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or similar live-streaming platforms and an understanding of creator ecosystems and audience engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
