Position Title: High School Secretary

Essential Functions:

• Prepare correspondence, letters, memoranda, reports, statements, requisitions and other necessary material.
• Prepare material for the beginning and ending of the school year.
• Keep pertinent records and requisitions.
• Serve as a receptionist.
• Maintain office supplies and materials.
• Maintain daily attendance records of employees.
• Maintain and submit all reports as required by the local Board of Education.
• Maintain files and other material to facilitate prompt access and replies.
• Exhibit positive human-relations skills.
• Any and other essential functions assigned by the Superintendent or his/her designee.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with secretarial, bookkeeping, and computer training.

Salary: School Secretary salary matrix 12-month contract May 21, 2026, through May 28, 2026, or until filled.
