BJC Behavioral Health seeks a QMHP/Therapist to deliver short brief therapy within a collaborative care framework for patients with mild to moderate mental health needs. You will develop treatment plans and coordinate with families, patients, psychiatrists, and the care team. You will schedule follow-ups, work with a navigator to connect to resources, and collaborate with primary care providers and psychiatrists in a team-based approach.
