Job Opportunity: New Graduate Registered Nurse
We are a behavioral health facility located in Columbia, TN, currently looking for a dedicated New Graduate Registered Nurse. This position involves delivering empathetic inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and addiction treatment for both adults and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
- Assist in crisis stabilization within a safe and therapeutic setting.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Engage in treatment planning processes.
- Educate patients and their families about care and treatment options.
- Recent graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
