We’re looking for a personable, enthusiastic insurance account manager to help take our agency to the next level. Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who has the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment. The opportunity is ideal for someone who is ambitious, coachable, confident, and wants the ability to grow based on results, not seniority.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a proven system to help you succeed from day one.

You’ll hone your sales skills by forging strong relationships that serve as the foundation for our firm’s prestige, and we’ll give you the support you need to reach your earning potential.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $68,000

Responsibilities:

• Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles
• Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base
• Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs

Qualifications:

• Self-disciplined and dependable

• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

• Strong desire to grow professionally and financially.

• Insurance experience as an insurance agent or in another position is highly preferred, but candidates with the appropriate skills should still apply; training is provided
