As a rapidly growing healthcare builder in the Phoenix valley, GCON offers a unique opportunity to have a direct influence on the "GSTEPs" operation excellence playbook, build effective processes, and expand on successful relationships.What You'll DoProvide executive level relationship building and leadership for healthcare projects from preconstruction through turnoverDrive strategic planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation on projects ranging >25M+Lead GMP development, value engineering, and subcontractor procurementServe as the primary client liaison, building upon already established long-term relationships with healthcare executives and design partnersOversee financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and cost controlManage change strategy and complex contract negotiationsEnsure compliance with FGI, Joint Commission, NFPA, IBC, and state healthcare regulationsLead ICRA 2.0 planning and execution in active hospital environmentsMentor and develop high-performing project teams (APM's, PE's, SuperintendentWhat Sets You Apart15+ years of progressive healthcare commercial construction experience & strong industry connections.
