Administer medications and monitor patients using Omnicell system and EPIC electronic health records. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Support stroke and TIA patient needs, including specialty procedures such as peritoneal dialysis and continuous bladder irrigation.
