Project Manager Lead

Leading IT project initiatives, the contract-based Project Manager Lead will plan, execute, and finalize projects while balancing business value, cost, schedule, and quality in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Directs and manages IT project development and delivery from beginning to end Facilitates project scope definition in collaboration with project sponsors and develops IT project plans Coaches and motivates project team members, ensuring effective communication and accountability Required qualifications Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in leading or facilitating projects in application development, infrastructure, or similar areas Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience in leadership or project facilitation
