CONTENT MANAGER

Overview Modern Media Group is a fast-growing creative social media marketing agency based in Tampa, FL, specializing in content creation, social media management, and video production. Over the past five years, we’ve partnered with a diverse range of clients, including The Edition Hotel, Porsche Tampa, The City of Clearwater, Naked Farmer, Ford's Garage, Cousin Vinny's, Rocca, Tampa Water Limo, and more! Key Responsibilities Develop engaging content and strategic video ideas with attention-grabbing hooks, tailored to each client’s niche and vision to maximize engagement. Understand the key elements of viral videos and incorporate them into client strategies. Lead meetings with clients to go over production details + video ideas. Coordinate pre-production preparations to ensure smooth shoot days. Manage photographers and videographers on set to execute the client’s vision. Oversee editors closely to ensure every single video meets a 10/10 quality standard. Work hand in hand with the social media team to ensure content and social strategies are fully aligned. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines. Deliver content to clients and incorporate their feedback promptly and effectively. Pay Structure: $45K-$85K full-time and $20 per hour while part-time. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: agency experience, content creation, video production, photography, social media management, editing, or creative directing. Passionate about creating scroll-stopping content that drives engagement, fuels growth, and delivers measurable results. Highly organized, detail-focused, and skilled at managing multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in overseeing production processes from pre-production through post-production. Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles. Hybrid role, must be able to commute to downtown Tampa and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position that has a 1-3 month part-time training period to start. #J-18808-Ljbffr Briten Coastal Team
