Guardian Angel Staffing is taking applications for Registered Nurse (RN) for FULL-TIME Employment in a Long Term Care Facility in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

THIS IS NOT A TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT.

Candidate must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in their employment.  This is a floor position in a Long Term Care Facility, therefore previous experience in a Long Term Care Setting is preferred.

PAY RATE: Up to $59.00/HR

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:  630am-3pm, 230pm-11pm, 1030pm-7am & 630pm-7am

Must be able to work weekends as well!!

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Copy of your Nursing Diploma
2. Current Nurse CEUs
3. License in Good Standing on Kentucky Board of Nursing with no disciplinary action on file
4. For this type of employment or licensure, state and, federal law require a state and national criminal background check as a condition of employment.
5. Current CPR card, your CPR must have included the in person skills test, the American Heart Association and Red Cross meet these requirements.
6. Current PPD/Chest x-ray.
7. Pass drug screening
8. Current verifiable experience working in a hospital or nursing home.
Please make sure to list all your work history starting with you current employer as well as your correct dates of employment in your work history, along with the correct facility phone number. Clients typically require at least two verifiable references and we can not verify 1099 employment.
