This position will drive the project management, process optimization and growth of the ASN globally through identification, outreach, collaboration with and onboarding of clinical sites with a focus on enhancing clinical trial delivery. This position will be responsible for developing and driving Key Performance Indicators around the success of ASN; find innovative solutions to existing and emergent challenges of patient recruitment and facilitate enhanced service delivery to sites within the ASN. Positions available: 1Logistics: US-based coverage (some Canada), travel around 20% expected. Position is open to applicants based in the contiguous United States or Canada, and the successful candidate will need to be able to reasonably travel to their nearest airport. Closing date: July 24th, 2026About the RoleService Delivery & Expansion • Manage the identification, outreach, recruitment and onboarding of high quality, high performing sites intothe North America ASN• Develop strong relationships with high priority sites & partners through virtual or face-to-face meetings andconference attendance (travel required) to expand the ASN• Build a deep understanding of the challenges of clinical research for sites in GI and how these challengesimpact recruitment and research operations• Maintain and deliver accurate, real-time analytics on our ASN sites• Drive site recruitment in new and existing therapeutic areas and geographiesInnovation and Development• Build solutions to establish and grow a pipeline of high potential sites that are starting in, or na ve to,clinical researchDevelop a holistic site engagement and support model• Oversee the development and maintenance of an Investigator portal to enhance communication andonboarding of clinical sites to the ASN and clinical studies• Support novel strategies for patient identification and engagement in partnership with ASN sitesOperations • Build stakeholder engagement and collaboration through the adoption of change managementmethodologies and a strong focus on building key relationships• Develop processes and workflows to support a scalable and growing ASN platform• Drive and support (cross) departmental improvement initiatives to ensure company end to end processesand technologies are efficient and effective, work seamlessly together and deliver improved customervalue• Present and/or participate in specialized conferences/meetings to increase knowledge as needed• Support contract negotiations as requiredAbout YouMust have: 7-9 years of related experience in the clinical research industry (CRO, sponsor, SMO, or investigative site) & at minimum, an honour's Bachelors Degree (ideally; Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related disciplineExperience developing and managing relationships with investigative sites, principal investigators, and site personnel.Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle, including site feasibility, study startup, patient recruitment, and ICH-GCP/regulatory requirements.Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage investigators, site personnel, and cross-functional stakeholders.Experience using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, strengthen site partnerships, and improve study delivery.Experience in gastroenterology or inflammatory diseases is an asset$97,500 - $163,000 a yearWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
