You will run 12 crews per day intentionally structured so you can:

• Stay detail-oriented
• Be present on your jobs
• Deliver a 5-star result every time

What Youll Own

• Full oversight of daily production (12 crews)
• Pre-install planning + job readiness
• On-site leadership and issue resolution
• Final inspections and quality control
• Homeowner communication during install
• Crew accountability and performance standards
• Preventing problems before they happen

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 3+ years in residential roofing production
• Experience leading or managing crews
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs without losing control
• Valid drivers license
