Responsibilities: Perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial DDC control systems. Diagnose system issues including controllers, sensors, networks, and field devices. Execute system startups, commissioning support, and point-to-point verification. Perform preventative maintenance and system optimization. Communicate with customers to explain issues and solutions clearly. Document service activities, deficiencies, and recommendations. Assist in identifying service opportunities and upgrades. Work closely with engineering and project teams when needed. Strong communication skills. Valid driver’s license. Required Skills: Experience with commercial DDC systems (Niagara, Honeywell, Schneider, etc.).
