Discover the true outdoors in Northern Michigan, with a lower cost of living and endless outdoor activities nearby - from beautiful, crystal-blue freshwater lakes, navigable rivers and mountain bike trails in the summer to skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter. Plus, nearly year-round opportunities to hike, hunt, fish, explore dozens of wineries/breweries, and enjoy all of the unique shopping and dining opportunities across Northern Michigan. We offer relocation, competitive pay, a maximum caseload of eight (8) clients, paid time off, performance bonuses, full benefits, flexible schedules, a learning-based culture, and significant career growth opportunities. - Participate in regional and company-wide team meetings monthly, engaging in and providing ongoing professional development opportunities and leadership initiatives;
- General availability from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday based on caseload, with flexibility to attend meetings, company events, and/or to accommodate occasional client needs during off-hours.
NECESSARY SKILLS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
