Position Details:
Patient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric Patients
Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Safety-Net Clinic
Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive outpatient family medicine care, preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, diagnostic interpretation, treatment planning, and collaborative multidisciplinary care for patients of all ages
Required Procedures: Basic Outpatient Family Medicine Procedures
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 2 Physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner & Clinical Support Team
Days Per Month: Full-Time Coverage
On-Call/Weekends: Shared 1:7 Phone-Only Call Coverage
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine Required
- Indiana License Required or Willingness to Obtain
- DEA, BLS & ACLS Required
- Experience Treating Pediatric to Geriatric Population Required
- COVID Vaccination Required
- H1B & J1 Visa Candidates Accepted
