Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Facility: Lake Eustis Healthcare & Rehabilitation Location: Eustis, Florida Salary: $27 - $31 per hour Join our dedicated healthcare team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our residents. Key Responsibilities Administer and accurately record medications and treatments in compliance with policies and regulations. Prepare for and assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments. Observe and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate individuals. Deliver high-quality care and support in accordance with care plans and physician orders. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to enhance patient care. Perform other job-related duties as assigned, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida. Current CPR certification is required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar healthcare setting. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
