Roadside Service Dispatcher
GEICO Insurance Agent
As a Roadside Service Dispatcher at GEICO, you will be the first point of contact for policyholders needing urgent roadside help. You’ll handle high-volume inbound calls, quickly assess situations, and dispatch towing and roadside providers using mapping and dispatch software. You will verify coverage, document each interaction, and keep customers informed until service is complete. At GEICO, you’ll join a performance-driven, inclusive team with strong training, clear metrics, and growth opportunities in insurance and customer operations.
