Registered Nurse - Oncology ICU

Location: Dallas, Texas

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Oncology ICU. The ideal candidate will possess strong ICU experience and the ability to provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients. You will play a vital role in the management of patients requiring advanced life support and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Provide total care for critically ill patients, including turning, dressing changes, and tracheostomy care.
• Administer and titrate IV drips.
• Monitor patients on ventilators and BiPAP.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment such as CRRT, A-lines, and flow-tracking devices.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have strong ICU experience, especially with ventilators and titrating drips.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS.
• Preferred experience with CRRT and organ transplantation (kidney, pancreas, liver).
