We're looking for an energetic, organized, competitive recruiter who knows how to source talent, sell candidates on an opportunity, and keep the hiring pipeline moving.What You'll DoRecruit for multiple positions across our growing companySource and identify qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channelsScreen resumes and conduct phone interviewsSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managersMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesFollow up with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring processAssist with job postings and recruiting campaignsTrack recruiting activity, interviews, offers, hires, and retentionWork closely with HR and department managers to meet hiring goalsHelp develop creative new ways to attract top talentWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of recruiting experience REQUIRED.Our ideal recruiter is:HIGH ENERGY and outgoingConfident on the phoneCompetitive and motivated by goalsExtremely organizedA strong communicatorComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPersistent without being pushyAble to identify great candidates quicklyComfortable managing multiple open positions at onceTech-savvy and comfortable learning new recruiting platformsSomeone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanagedExperience recruiting for sales, call centers, tax, financial services, customer service, or other high-volume positions is a major plus.CompensationStarting at $23/hour + performance bonusesWe believe great recruiters should be rewarded for great results.
