Finance Professional for AI Model Evaluation [Remote]

This role focuses on creating a benchmark dataset aimed at evaluating AI models in professional document understanding and instruction following specifically within the Finance & Banking sector. You will engage in developing complex, multi-step tasks based on real-world financial documents such as statements, reports, and spreadsheets, alongside web searches and code execution. Each task will be aligned with a clearly defined ground truth output and an objective evaluation rubric.
Your primary responsibility will be to author tasks that assess an AI''s capability to reason through financial documents, adhere to precise instructions, and generate accurate, structured outputs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop complex, multi-step tasks based on real-world financial documents.
- Conduct web searches and execute code as part of task creation.
- Align tasks with defined ground truth outputs and evaluation rubrics.
- Test AI''s reasoning abilities over financial documents and instruction adherence.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Investment & financial analysis
- Financial management
- Personal financial advisory
- Banking & capital markets
- Corporate finance & accounting
This is a remote position with a minimum commitment of 15, 20 hours per week.
CompensationHourly rate ranges from $90 to $110.
