Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to provide back-office clinical support in a growing family medicine practice serving patients of all ages. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, administering injections and immunizations, performing point-of-care testing, collecting specimens, assisting with procedures, coordinating referrals, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation. The clinic is currently seeing approximately 10 patients per day and is expected to grow into a fast-paced environment supporting 20+ patients daily as the practice expands.

Skills and Requirements

• CMA certification

• High school diploma/GED

• 2+ years of experience as MA

• Strong time management & administrative abilities

• Must be comfortable in a high-volume office setting

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross

• Dependability, attendance

• Must be willing to provide documentation or obtain vaccinations included below:

Hep B, TB, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Flu (seasonal), MMR vaccine, Drug screen including THC required • Previous Epic experience

• Phlebotomy Experience
