Role Overview : As a Coordinator - Patient Registration & Revenue Services, you will lead and coordinate patient registration, insurance verification, billing, and revenue cycle activities. Your work ensures accurate and efficient patient services while protecting the integrity of hospital accounts receivable. You'll support both patients and the broader healthcare team by maintaining compliance and fostering a positive, collaborative environment. What You Will Do : Direct and coordinate patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification processes. Ensure compliance with payer requirements and protect the integrity of hospital accounts receivable. Assist leadership with interviewing, training, and orienting new employees. Provide constructive coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in all operations. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Three (3) years of experience in patient admitting, registration, or insurance eligibility and verification in a hospital or medical office setting. Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Preferred: Associates Degree. Experience as a Patient Service Representative.
