Prairie Sons, Inc., a trusted, family-owned mechanical contractor with over 30 years of experience, is looking for a Plumbing Project Manager to lead residential and commercial projects from start to finish.

Pay & Schedule
- $28–$36 per hour (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional overtime depending on project needs
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of projects and keep things running smoothly from kickoff to completion:
- Lead and oversee plumbing projects (residential & commercial)
- Coordinate schedules, crews, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and up to code
- Review blueprints and project specs
- Manage materials, labor, and job site logistics
- Communicate with customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Mentor and support apprentices and journeymen
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license
- 5+ years of plumbing experience
- 2+ years in a leadership, foreman, or project management role
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and construction processes
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
