Job Duties

• Cultivate Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and construct personalized strategies that empower patients to meet their functional ambitions.
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Apply research-driven methods to bolster patient mobility, cognitive function, and daily living skills.
• Engage with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Team up with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver holistic and comprehensive patient care.
• Empower Patients and Families: Educate patients and their support systems on therapy techniques that ensure progress even beyond the clinic.
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatment: Monitor clinical achievements and modify plans as required to help patients stay on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or specialization certificates

Certifications

• Active OTR/L
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
