Job Title: PreCast Concrete Laborer

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Selma, NC

Pay: $18-19.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Saturday, 6am-3pm

Job Summary:?

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Precast Concrete Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assisting in the production of precast concrete products by preparing molds, placing reinforcement materials, pouring and finishing concrete, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and clean molds for concrete production.

· Assemble forms and install reinforcing steel, wire mesh, and embedded materials according to specifications.

· Pour, spread, and finish concrete in molds using hand and power tools.

· Vibrate concrete to eliminate air pockets and ensure proper consolidation.

· Strip forms and remove finished precast products after curing.

· Perform patching, grinding, sanding, and finishing of concrete surfaces.

· Read and interpret production drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Forklift Experience
• Outdoor work Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in precast concrete, construction, manufacturing, or general labor preferred.

· Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints.

· Experience using hand and power tools.
